High Value C

Nerlens Noel, DAL vs MIN ($5,600): Noel was way down against the Lakers on Wednesday, finishing at 13.2 fantasy points in that one. But the Timberwolves are 29th against the position in their last 15 games. He was playing great prior to that, going over value in three straight. It’s a big drop off from the high salary guys and Noel can be streaky, but the matchup is good and his ceiling is high. ***

Mike Muscala, ATL vs PHI ($4,300): Muscala has been over value in nine of his last ten. He’s logging big minutes for the Hawks right now and getting an opportunity to show the team something heading into next season. He needs 19.1 fantasy points to reach value on Friday. The Sixers aren’t an easy matchup, but without Embiid, Muscala should have more room to maneuver. He’s a decent low cost option who can produce. ***

Richaun Holmes, PHI at ATL ($3,800): A better low cost option might be Holmes, who is expected to draw the start with Embiid out. He played 22 minutes, finishing with 24.9 fantasy points against the Knicks on Wednesday. The Hawks are a great matchup, and although Holmes won’t get the same opportunities of Embiid, he should still get rebounds and easy points within the Sixers system. He’s a very cheap option who could be over 20 fantasy points. ****
