FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy baseball lineup – April 2, 2018
Early Slate Sample Lineup
P – Jameson Taillon
C/1B – Manny Pina
2B – Josh Harrison
3B – Matt Carpenter
SS – Jedd Gyorko
OF – Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton, and Marcell Ozuna
Utility – Gary Sanchez
For this slate, I’m willing to punt the C/1B spot so I can jam in as many quality bats as possible. Taillon will likely be the highest owned pitcher on the slate, and Stanton will surely be up there as well. Hopefully players like Gyorko and Harrison can give this lineup enough difference to make some money. The Yankees coming home should wake up the bats of Judge and Sanchez. If all three go off, you should be in pretty solid shape. If you’re a GPP style player, the Brewers and Tigers make strong stacking options as well.

Main Slate Sample Lineup
P- Charlie Morton
C/1B – Paul Goldschmidt
2B – Jason Kipnis
3B – Anthony Rendon
SS – Tim Anderson
OF – Stephen Piscotty, Andrew Benintendi, Khris Davis
Utility – Jose Abreu
Some people have been upset that FanDuel changed the format to C/1b but it’s pretty cool for slates like these. Last year, you would have had to choose between Goldy and Abreu who are both in ridiculously good spots. Now, with a couple key value plays, you can play both big bats and attack the slate with a couple of A’s and White Sox.
Stacks to consider – Red Sox(at Miami), White Sox(at Toronto), Athletics(vs. Texas), and Diamondbacks(vs. Los Angeles)
As always, may fortune be on your side and make sure to follow me on Twitter @bucn4life as MLB allows late swap. If there’s a late scratch and/or lineup cards aren’t put in for the late games, this article will always be updated on Twitter ASAP.
