FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – April 20, 2018
Celtics Bucks (Celtics Lead 2-0)
There are constants in this series, which is good. Giannis Antetokounmpo, John Henson, Al Horford, Terry Rozier, Jaylen Brown, and Marcus Morris have all delivered in both games. Khris Middleton was a value miss in Game 2, but there is reason to believe he’ll bounce back in Game 3. With the way Eric Bledsoe is playing, Middleton is the second best scorer on the team and they’ll need him to be better next to Giannis.
Bledsoe has been a huge disappointment and I’m not sure he has it in him to deliver. The Celtics have bottled him up all season and it’s not just that he’s struggling, it’s how bad he’s struggling. There are simply no positive signs out of Bledsoe through two games and until he shows more, he’s a huge risk. Yes, his rebounding numbers were up in Game 2, but you can’t count on that on a game-to-game basis. They need his scoring, not rebounding.
Tony Snell, Malcolm Brogdon, and Jabari Parker are three Milwaukee role players who will hopefully find more success at home. Snell is the starter, but don’t be surprising if Brogdon is put back into the starting lineup. Milwaukee needs something and Brogdon, who played well in Game 1, could be that spark.
Boston’s consistency is huge in DFS. You can pretty much count on the guys mentioned above. Horford in particular is going to continue to put up numbers in all categories in this series. Jayson Tatum remains the best pound-for-pound scorer on the team, but his Game 2 struggles are concerning heading into a road playoff game.
