Is Walmart open on the 4th of July in 2018, because everyone needs their fireworks, grilling supplies and everything thing between.

The United States of America will be celebrating its 242nd birthday when the 4th of July in 2018 rolls around. It’s a holiday in America that is celebrated and observed almost universally. The majority of the country, no matter what economic class they find themselves in, will have the day off to get out and enjoy the summer. And they’ll also likely have to stop by Walmart to pick up something to do so.

Even if you try to avoid mass-consumerism and retail giants like Walmart, it can be hard to when something like July 4 rolls around. No matter what anyone is planning on doing to celebrate the holiday, there is a good chance that Wally World will have what you need.

If you’re going out on the lake or to the beach for they day, they’ve got it all. From the swimsuits to the towels to the floats to the toys, it’s all there at Walmart. Say you’re someone who likes to hit up the backyard and grill out. You can get the grill, the grub, the charcoal and even the sound system to crank the music all in one place.

For those of us who are last-minute shoppers though, there might be something you forgot to pick up. As such, there is a question that you need to know to be able to get that thing before the holiday is gone: is Walmart open on the 4th of July in 2018?

You’re in luck if you find yourself in this situation. Walmart stores across the nation will be operating on normal business hours on July 4 in 2018. In most cases, that means they’ll be open for 24 hours. However, make sure with your local store just so you aren’t left in a bad spot if they do regularly close the doors at your store.
