USA face Brazil at MetLife Stadium on Friday, Sept. 7. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The USA face off against Brazil in an international friendly for the first time since 2015. They have not fared well against the soccer giants of Brazil, only winning once in their 17 matches since 1992. It’s going to be tough to break their losing streak, especially with the roster that each national team has called up. The USA has stuck with a young, inexperienced squad since they failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup, and that hasn’t changed against Brazil. The average age of this iteration of the USMNT is 23 years old, with 14 players having five or fewer caps for the national team. They’ll get a stiff test against a veteran Brazil side.

Brazil lost to Belgium in the quarterfinals of the World Cup after being heavy favorites to win the tournament before it began. The friendly against the USA will be their first match after being knocked out in July. Tite called in a heavy veteran side for the match, including Neymar, Roberto Firmino, Willian, Coutinho and Thiago Silva, among others. Brazil likely won’t be at their best and most competitive, but the sheer talent in the squad is going to be a tough test for the USMNT, who last tied eventual World Cup champions France 1-1 before the tournament began.
