4. Eli Manning

Eli Manning missed an open Odell Beckham Jr. multiple times during the Giants’ Week 1 tilt with the Jaguars. However, it could’ve been him trying to be too careful against a talented secondary or thinking too much about Sacksonville coming after him. This week, that isn’t an issue. While DeMarcus Lawrence exploded onto the scene last year and Chidobe Awuzie is talented, they have nothing on the Jaguars defense. Manning will be able to find his talented receivers on every play and ideally integrate Evan Engram more into this offense this week. The dome in Dallas is ensures that the conditions for Manning’s success are ideal.

3. Tyrod Taylor

Tyrod Taylor dropped 23.6 points last week which was impressive considering he only completed 37.5 percent of his passes. That isn’t the Tyrod Taylor we know, the Tyrod Taylor with a career 61.6 percent completion rate. It’s likely due to Todd Haley still growing in familiarity with Taylor’s skill set. Haley needs to make sure he calls a run focused game with Taylor, allowing him to maximize his abilities as a passer. While the New Orleans defense he faces will be motivated after what they just allowed to Ryan Fitzpatrick, they are still the defense that let Ryan Fitzpatrick throw for over 400 yards against them. Taylor could do the same thing, especially if he targets Josh Gordon more than three times this week.
