Barcelona face PSV at Camp Nou on September 18. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
After getting bounced by Roma in the quarterfinals of last year’s Champions League, Barcelona open up the new season of European play on Tuesday with a tricky date at the Camp Nou against PSV. The Catalan side will start Philippe Coutinho for the first time in a Champions League match as they look to stay unbeaten in their 2018-2019 campaign.
Barcelona already have 14 goals in their first four matches in La Liga. The squad is dialed in at this point a month into the season, and the blaugrana will look to set themselves up strong to win their Champions League group for the 12th year in a row.
PSV has not lost in seven matches, though, and they have proven capable of pouring on the goals as well. In their last two Dutch Eredivisie matches, PSV took down Willem II 6-1 and Den Haag 7-0. They have the firepower to challenge Marc-Andre ter Stegen throughout the match and will hope to take at least a point back home with them.
Turner Sports takes over the English-language rights to Champions League broadcasts in the United States, making this match their first foray into telecasting the tournament. The showdown between Barcelona and PSV will be worth taking a long lunch on Tuesday.
The Champions League match between Barcelona and PSV will be broadcast live on TNT, Univision, and online. Live streaming is available through Bleacher Report Live and Univision NOW, both of which you can access via subscription.

Playing a more direct style than in past Champions League appearances, Barcelona’s attacking trio is going to give PSV’s back four all they can handle. PSV will be allowed the majority of the possession in a departure from Barcelona’s tiki-taka past, and the Dutch side will ruin the Catalan clean sheet.
