A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals

Stats: 611 receiving yards, 5 touchdowns

A.J. Green is back to his old form. Even with a blowout loss to the Kansas City Chiefs high powered offense, Green has proven to be a must start every week. Week 8 is no different as the Bengals will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last ranked pass defense. Cincinnati is due for a bounce back win after losing two straight.

Green is the perfect fantasy option. His high volume and floor needs to be taken advantage of. For those who own him this season or maybe you play in a dynasty or keeper league, Green has put a smile on your face each week. Green hasn’t scored a touchdown in three weeks but his volume and yardage are at five receptions a game with 87 receiving yards per contest.

Don’t ever sleep on Green or question if you should start him. Even with the wide receiver position being deep, Green has shown he can take over games and win you fantasy games by himself. As many receivers as they’re are to choose from, Green is one of a few exceptions out there. He’s in the same category as Antonio Brown, Odell Beckham Jr. and Michael Thomas. Even when he doesn’t score he will get yards and receptions.

Week 8 presents a great matchup against a Tampa Bay squad who can’t stop anyone through the air this season. Andy Dalton and Green will want to put on a good show at home after the last two heartbreaking losses. The Bengals fanbase has suffered enough through the years they deserve their team to have a great outing against a team they should beat on their home field Sunday.

Prediction: 100 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns
