1. Fitzmagic will return to the NFL

Let’s get something straight. We are not calling for Tampa Bay to upset Carolina on Sunday. We are, however, expecting to see a track meet develop in the NFC South matchup. For that to happen, Ryan Fitzpatrick will need to throw for a lot of yards.

Quietly, the Panthers defense has been below average against the pass this season. They come into Sunday’s game ranked 22nd in the NFL in terms of yards allowed through the air. Care to guess who ranks first in passing yards per game on offense? That’s right, the Buccaneers.

You can be certain Ron Rivera would much rather go up against Jameis Winston on Sunday. Fitzpatrick may turn the ball over occasionally, but he’s a solid bet to put up big time yards when he’s at the helm of this offense. Don’t look for him to have the most efficient game of the year, but he’ll put up solid stats.

Next. RB sleepers to target for Week 9. dark

As such, Fitzpatrick is a great option for players who like to stream quarterbacks week-to-week. He should put up top-10 numbers at the very least. That’s pretty good value for a guy who’s still available on a lot of waiver wires at the moment.
