LINEUPS

START/SIT ADVICE

QUARTERBACKS

Start: Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers vs Denver Broncos

Philip Rivers has been steady like a river for his team all season long. Things shouldn’t change in a home date against a defense that has struggled all season long to stop the rush. We all know the running game sets up the passing game. Which should boast well for Rivers and Co. on Sunday.

Sit: Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens

Andy Dalton has regressed recently and his next matchup against a stout Baltimore Ravens defense could potentially be brutal. Dalton struggled against a Saints pass-friendly defense in Week 10 throwing for only 153 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. We see more regression going forward, unless this offense can regain their mojo.

RUNNING BACKS

Start: Melvin Gordon, Los Angeles Chargers vs Denver Broncos

The Broncos come into the game 26th-ranked against the rush. It’s no secret this Chargers offense is potent. They rely heavily on their run game. That will not change against a Denver unit allowing 131.5 rushing yards per game this season. Make no mistake, Gordon will have another big game.

Sit: Marlon Mack, Indianapolis Colts vs Tennessee Titans

Marlon Mack has added a tremendous boost to this surprisingly high-octane offense. Week 11 will be a tough gritty divisional game against the Tennessee Titans and their ninth-ranked rush defense. With Indy having two other reliable rushing options one has to have a down game.

WIDE RECEIVERS

Start: DeAndre Hopkins, Houston Texans vs Washington Redskins

Nuk is a juggernaut. He is a must-play each and every week no matter the opponent. He is averaging seven receptions, 100 receiving yards and a touchdown per game this season. The Washington offense is 25th-ranked against the pass, need we say more?

Sit: Tyler Boyd, Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens

We touched on this matchup a little bit with quarterback Andy Dalton. This could be another disastrous day for this offense. Play it safe and sit all Bengals in Week 11. Boyd had a decent Week 10, but with no help and against a stout Ravens defense, it’s best to play it safe and move on.

TIGHT ENDS

Start: O.J. Howard, Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New York Giants

We have to believe you can’t keep big O.J. down two weeks in a row. This is a great opportunity for a bounce back game against a Giants sub-par defense. Howard will look to get back on track after his worst outing of the season in Week 10.

Sit: Vance McDonald, Pittsburgh Steelers vs Jacksonville Jaguars

Vance McDonald at times has been a reliable option for the Steelers offense this season. Week 11 doesn’t boast a matchup we like for him on paper. We all know how sporadic and unpredictable fantasy can be. Play it safe in this one and go with a better matchup if you can.
