5. John Harbaugh

Harbaugh came through with a rookie quarterback in a big divisional showdown in Week 11. Although he has accomplished many things as the head coach of the Ravens, he still needs to lead this team against adversity going forward. The Ravens came out on top in a big way against the Bengals, thanks to Lamar Jackson’s legs. Week 12 presents a new challenge at home against a very bad Oakland Raiders unit.

Harbaugh needs to utilize this soft and easy matchup to help pad his coaching stats and stack wins. The coach across the sticks doesn’t have the same hot seat situation as Jon Gruden is locked down for the next nine years. If Harbaugh wants to sleep at night he will find a way to win this game. The Raiders have been terrible on offense and defense this season.

If Harbaugh can’t find a way to win against Oakland than we have a lot more problems than just a beat-up Joe Flacco to deal with. This is the perfect opportunity for Harbaugh to keep his winning ways going. Baltimore needs a great leader if it wants a chance to make the playoffs under this very decorated coach.
