3. T.J. Yeldon, Jacksonville Jaguars at Buffalo Bills

It’s difficult to find adequate running back options in fantasy at this point in the season, so T.J. Yeldon is a valid option, even if he isn’t necessarily an attractive one. Yeldon had a poor showing in Week 11 in a tough loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, playing a marginal role in the offense with Leonard Fournette unsurprisingly hoarding touches as the clear feature back now that he’s fully healthy.

Yeldon will still have a role in the Jaguars offense even with trade acquisition Carlos Hyde lurking behind him, mostly because he has value in the passing game. Fantasy owners didn’t get to see much of that value against Pittsburgh, though, as Yeldon caught just two passes on three targets for nine yards.

Before his quiet performance against the Steelers, Yeldon had a stretch of three straight games with at least five receptions and 40 receiving yards, including a seven-reception, 83-yard game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Owners can’t expect the Jaguars to use Yeldon much against the Buffalo Bills in Week 12, but the bounce-back potential is there against a defense that surrenders one rushing touchdown per game and is below-average at defending running backs in the passing game. Yeldon isn’t the most attractive option at the running back position this week, but he does have a good track record for PPR owners.
