High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Anthony Davis (vs DAL – $11,500): Needs 53.7 fantasy points. It’s Anthony Davis. He’s going to get you at least 50 fantasy points on a bad day and there’s always a chance he goes for 60-plus. He puts up numbers in all categories and has the ability to put up big scoring and rebounding numbers. The Mavericks are a solid matchup, but really it doesn’t matter who the matchup is for Davis at this point. Diagnosis: He’ll deliver. I don’t like him quite as much as Giannis. But it’s still Anthony Davis.

Kyle Kuzma (vs SA – $6,600): Needs 29.8 fantasy points. Kuzma has been over 40 fantasy points in his last two games. One game was against the Suns, but it’s not like the Spurs defense is any better than the Suns right now. And the Spurs are on a back-to-back. Kuzma has been excellent in recent weeks and has been the one guy who has had no trouble fitting in next to LeBron. The Spurs should be taken advantage of at this point. Diagnosis: Great matchup, hot, and high ceiling.

Robert Covington (vs CHA – $6,600): Needs 29.8 fantasy points. I continue to love Covington and his salary has dipped just a bit, which works to your advantage. The Hornets are a fantastic matchup as they struggle against frontcourt players. Covington can do a bit of everything. The points and rebounds are going to be there on Wednesday and he always has a defensive impact. Diagnosis: Great matchup, reliable, and a high ceiling.
