High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

LeBron James (at MEM – $10,600): Needs 48.4 fantasy points. The matchup is very tough for LeBron on Saturday. But he’s LeBron. And he’s been looking like LeBron over the last month. We know he can do everything and he’s been doing everything during this recent stretch for the Lakers. And he’ll need to do everything if the Lakers want to win this game given Memphis’ defense. Trust LeBron. Diagnosis: It’s LeBron and probably an angry LeBron.

Danilo Gallinari (vs MIA – $6,900): Needs 31.5 fantasy points. Gallinari was down to 29.75 fantasy points against the Grizzlies on Dec. 5. I’m not too concerned as the matchup was tough and Gallinari has been reliable this season. Trust him to bounce back against a better matchup. He can do a bit of everything and the points and rebounds should be there in this one. Diagnosis: He’ll bounce back. Typically reliable with a good ceiling.

Robert Covington (at POR – $6,400): Needs 29.2 fantasy points. I continue to love Covington’s game. He gets the minutes on most nights and he can do a bit of everything. He’ll play a big role in this game given Portland’s versatility. He remains at a good salary as well, which helps. Diagnosis: Reliable at the very least. But this feels like a big game for him given the matchup and his talent.
