High Value SF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Bojan Bogdanovic (vs SAC – $5,500): Needs 24.8 fantasy points. The Bogdanovic brothers battle again. Bojan was great in the last meeting, he’s at a lower salary, and he’s coming off a strong 35.75 fantasy point performance against the Magic on Saturday. I continue to love his game with Oladipo out of the lineup. He gets his shots and can chip in in other areas. Diagnosis: Good matchup, reliable, high ceiling.

Marcus Morris (at CHI – $5,200): Needs 23.8 fantasy points. Morris has been a bit up-and-down in recent games despite still playing good minutes. The matchup is good once again on Saturday and Morris should be able to deliver. The rebounds will come and the shots are always there for him. Against the Bulls, who are on a back-to-back, I trust Morris to deliver. Diagnosis: Reliable, good matchup and ceiling.

Al-Farouq Aminu (vs MIN – $4,600): Needs 21 fantasy points. Aminu had 17.5 fantasy points against the Suns on Dec. 6. As expected, he didn’t need to have a big game because it was the Suns and the stars were able to do their thing. But this is a game where Aminu will need to step up. I still like him given his talent and the minutes he receives. Diagnosis: He was playing well prior to the Suns. He’ll bounce back and at least give you value.
