DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 10, 2018
High Salary SG
Players costing over $6,250
Jrue Holiday (at BOS – $8,000): Needs 36.3 fantasy points. The Pelicans are on a back-to-back, but Holiday has been playing well as of late and this should be a close game. Holiday had just 35.5 fantasy points against the Celtics on Nov. 26, which is a bit concerning. But the Celtics still struggle against the position and Holidays has the ability to do a bit of everything. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling. And red hot.
Donovan Mitchell (at OKC – $7,000): Needs 31.7 fantasy points. The Jazz didn’t play well on Sunday, but Mitchell delivered a strong outing. And this is his matchup. He made his name in the playoffs by carving up the Thunder defense with his scoring. The Thunder defense has looked good for most of the season, but they’ve slipped recently. And I don’t know if they have an answer for Mitchell. He’ll get his numbers in what should be a fantastic game. Diagnosis: This is his matchup. Expect a big scoring game.
Buddy Hield (at CHI – $6,300): Needs 29.9 fantasy points. Hield has been a little down in recent contests, but he’s shown a high ceiling throughout this season and it’s the Bulls. I trust anyone against the Bulls right now. The only concern is a blowout, but the Kings might be bad enough defensively to keep the Bulls in the game. Hield will get his scoring numbers and chip in elsewhere. Diagnosis: Reliable, good ceiling, and Bulls.
