High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

Kevin Durant (vs MIN – $10,100): Needs4 6.5 fantasy points. Durant was down to 29 fantasy points against the Bucks on Dec. 7. I’m not too concerned. We know what Durant is capable of on the Warriors. He’s typically reliable because he gets numbers in all categories and he has a high ceiling. This feels like a game where he goes off, especially if Robert Covington doesn’t enough up playing. Diagnosis: High ceiling and reliable on the Warriors.

LeBron James (vs MIA – $10,700): Needs 49.2 fantasy points. James continues to carry the Lakers. The Grizzlies were a tough matchup and he delivered 45 fantasy points in 32 minutes. He had 73.5 fantasy points against the Heat on Nov. 18. He’s been great during this stretch and you know he wants one final victory of Wade. Diagnosis: It’s LeBron against a relatively tough matchup where he’ll have to step up. He’ll do it.

Kyle Kuzma (vs MIA – $7,200): Needs 33.1 fantasy points. And if you don’t want LeBron, there’s always Kuzma. He’s been over 40 fantasy points in five straight games. He’s been a great sidekick to LeBron and been delivering some strong outings. Kuzma is a salary saving option who will continue to post good numbers because he’s playing next to the best player in the league. Diagnosis: Reliable, high ceiling, red hot.
