Montrezl Harrell (vs DAL – $5,800): Needs 27.5 fantasy points. Harrell has been over 30 fantasy points in his last two games. Maybe it’s a return to form after he went through a bad cold stretch. He did have 42.5 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Dec. 2. He’s a high ceiling guy and the matchup is a good one on Thursday. Diagnosis: Love him at this salary.

Bam Adebayo (vs HOU – $5,000): Needs 23.7 fantasy points. Bam has moved to the bench and his production has dropped a bit. He’s settled into a nice salary and if the Heat are without a couple of primary playmakers, point Bam could be unleashed once again. Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a high ceiling. I like the matchup.

P.J. Tucker (at MIA – $3,700): Needs 17.2 fantasy points. Tucker has been strong for the Rockets during this stretch and finished with 36.75 fantasy points against the Wizards on Wednesday. He’s the most reliable role player on the Rockets and always finds ways to contribute. If you’re going to grab Harden, Tucker is your top salary saver. Diagnosis: Low-cost, fairly reliable, good ceiling.
