High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

LeBron James (vs NO – $10,900): Needs 50.7 fantasy points. James bounced back from his 25 fantasy point performance against the Wizards with 68.25 fantasy point against the Nets. And now he gets the terrible Pelicans defense. LeBron has been great during this stretch and there’s no reason to doubt him. He’s friggin’ LeBron. And he probably wants to put on a show next to Davis. Diagnosis: It’ll be LeBron vs. Davis on Friday. And both guys will play huge.

Kawhi Leonard (vs CLE – $9,500): Needs 44.2 fantasy points. Leonard was up to 58 fantasy points against the Pacers on Dec. 19. You know the drill with Leonard by now. He’s a reliable option, especially with Lowry out of the lineup and he has a high ceiling. The Raptors are playing close games, which has kept Leonard’s minutes up. He’ll post another strong outing. Diagnosis: Reliable, good matchup, high ceiling.

DeMar DeRozan (vs MIN – $8,000): Needs 36.7 fantasy points. The Spurs have been rolling on teams, which has hurt DeRozan’s overall value. But he’s still putting up solid numbers in limited minutes and if this game is close, and I think it will be, that’s good news for DeRozan’s value. He’s doing a bit of everything and we know he can put up a big scoring game. Diagnosis: Reliable and if the game is close, will post a huge outing.
