High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Anthony Davis (at DAL – $11,800): Needs 55.4 fantasy points. It’s Anthony Davis. Just assume he’s going to get you 60 fantasy points at a minimum. It doesn’t matter the opponent right now. He’s going to get points and rebounds while chipping in with assists and defense. He always needs a big game, but he always delivers a big game. And there’s a chance he breaks the system with some monster scoring outing. Diagnosis: It’s Anthony Davis. Build around him with confidence.

Lauri Markkanen (vs MIN – $7,700): Needs 36 fantasy points. Markkanen has been over 40 fantasy points in four of his last five games. He’s the one guy on the Bulls who I don’t have doubts about, even if his salary keeps climbing. The Timberwolves are a good matchup and Markkanen should have no problem getting his scoring. His rebounds will go back up in this game as well. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Pascal Siakam (at MIA – $6,500): Needs 30.5 fantasy points. Siakam has been excellent this season, hitting value in 71 percent of games. He’s been over 38 fantasy points in his last three games. The Raptors might be the healthiest they’ve been in weeks, which is about the only concern. But Siakam is at a good salary based on his usual production and I see no reason to doubt him. Diagnosis: Very reliable and a good ceiling.
