High Value PF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Marcus Morris (at SA – $5,800): Needs 26.8 fantasy points. Morris continues his solid play in the starting lineup. He had 29 fantasy points against the Grizzlies on Dec. 29. The scoring numbers are there and he typically chips in with rebounds. His salary has dropped so he’s easier to fit into your lineup. He knows how to raise his level of play against these tough matchups and typically lives for these big games. Diagnosis: Reliable.

Jerami Grant (vs DAL – $5,200): Needs 24.2 fantasy points. Grant was down to 16.5 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Sunday. Don’t expect that to happen on Monday. He’ll be better at home, mainly because I expect Westbrook to be better. That means more chances for Grant to get involved on the offensive end. Expect a bounce back performance from him on Monday. Diagnosis: Reliable.

Danuel House Jr (vs MEM – $4,300): Needs 19.9 fantasy points. House Jr has been over 20 fantasy points in his last three games. The minutes are there for him right now and he’ll probably get more in this game with Gordon out of the lineup. Shots are never an issue for him in the Houston offense and he chips in in other categories. He’s at a low cost and this feels like a game where he makes an impact given what should be a slugfest.
