7. Breshad Perriman, WR, Cleveland Browns

Though it may be surprising to see a receiver who tallied just 16 receptions and 340 yards on this list, former first-round pick Breshad Perriman played well-enough over the course of nine games with the Cleveland Browns to make it. The former Ravens flameout suddenly remembered how to catch the ball immediately after signing with Cleveland, tallying zero attributed drops on the year.

His presence as a possession receiver who could get open for Baker Mayfield downfield is one that helps cross off a need for the franchise. The 25-year-old Perriman still has solid speed to go with his large 6-foot-2, 211-pound rocked frame. If his injuries and drops are behind him, he appears capable of starting despite his issues in Baltimore.

Finding a market for Perriman isn’t particularly hard. At-worst, he’ll be a depth piece who moves on after one season. At-best, he’ll get a one-year deal with option years tacked on in case he continues to play this well.

The Browns should easily be able to retain Perriman, but a mid-market deal like Taylor Gabriel’s $6.5 million per-year contract looks like a best possible outcome for him. With the market flush with money and the draft lacking true starpower, he appears to be an attractive option for younger teams wanting a potential affordable gem.

Potential suitors: Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills, Oakland Raiders, Arizona Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots
