2. Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks surprised a lot of people this past season, as they seemingly came out of nowhere to make it to a Wild Card berth. Prior to the season, Seattle saw both coaching and player personnel leave the organization, making this one of those rare seasons where they were not expected to make the playoffs.

Well, the Seahawks continued to grind all season long, and in the end, they were able to eek their way into the playoffs. Russell Wilson showed why he is considered one of the best quarterbacks in football, as he led an offense with very little firepower, and a defense that had to deal with the loss of Richard Sherman prior to the season, and Earl Thomas during.

Thomas actually suffered a season-ending injury in 2018, and as he was being carted off the field, decided to flip off his sideline. He is a pending free agent, and is likely done in Seattle, so the Seahawks will definitely be in play for Landon Collins’ services this upcoming season.

With Thomas gone, the Seahawks have to do something to fill that void at the safety position. In reality, Collins would be an upgrade over Thomas, as he is not only a younger player, but is actually a more talented player without the injury issues at this point in his career.
