At the end of this week’s episode of Being The Elite, the Young Bucks made a special announcement regarding AEW’s next event this July in Jacksonville, Florida, Fight for the Fallen.

The initial rally for All Elite Wrestling took place earlier this year in Jacksonville, Florida. There, the company not only announced their next show, Double or Nothing, they also said their second show after that would take place in the summer, also in Jacksonville, where a portion of the gate would go to victims of gun violence. But other than that, we had no real information to go off of from AEW until now.

On Monday, the latest edition of Being the Elite dropped on the Young Bucks’ YouTube channel, entitled “Filler Episode”. While the episode was entertaining as always, we also got a big announcement at the end of the episode from Matt and Nick Jackson concerning their event in Jacksonville. While it was speculated by many due to trademarks filed in December, it is now confirmed that the event is called Fight for the Fallen and will take place on Saturday, July 13th at Daily’s Place Amphitheater.

The venue seats 5,500 fans and is connected to the south end of TIAA Bank Field, the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Could this potentially be the future home of AEW television? Much like NXT tapes more often than not out of Full Sail University, it would certainly be a good starting point for the company without having to immediately go on the road every week later on this year save for special events.

Regardless, the upcoming calendar for All Elite Wrestling is coming together slowly but surely. There are persistent rumors that AEW will return to the scene of the original All In in Chicago this September for All Out, but that has yet to be officially announced or confirmed.
