The Indianapolis Colts did not know what to expect from Andrew Luck this past season, as he was coming off of a shoulder injury that sidelined him for much of the last two campaigns. Well, Luck is officially back as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, and finished second to only Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes in touchdown passes in 2018.

With Luck back under center,  the Colts suddenly became a playoff team again, as they snuck into the playoffs in Week 17 as one of the Wild Card teams in the AFC. In the Wild Card round, Luck led the Colts to a road victory over the Houston Texans, before their season ended in the Divisional Round against the Chiefs.

Still, this is a team that is going to be very active in free agency, as they hold the most salary cap space, and should be able to build up this roster even more. When it comes to a loaded AFC South, the Colts could be the cream of the crop heading in to  next season, but they need to add more weapons on offense.

One player to keep an eye on is Hakeem Butler from Iowa State, who would pair perfectly with T.Y. Hilton. Butler has the size to go up and make big plays on the ball, and brings a completely different skill set than the smaller Hilton. This team invested in protecting Luck, now comes the weapons.
