MLB Bets To Win – Wednesday April 10 – Seattle Again?
By John Fazio
Good day from MLB Bets central. Two plays added on twitter, Yankees +1.80 and Twins +2.25, split but made us a winner again yesterday.
What happened was the public kept jamming both Houston and the Mets higher and higher until they both got far enough to be a good value play on the dogs. The Twins sure helped out a great deal.
Using 1 unit as a base bet for all games, and factoring in the lay and take, Tuesday MLB Bets was +.27 units making the season total +12.26 units.
Today some of these same teams are a play, so let’s talk about them.
Atlanta (+1.06) scalps Colorado again, 3:10 pm
The Braves have controlled this series in every way possible. MLB Bets predicts more of the same today.
Kevin Gausman (R) goes for Atlanta having looked great in his first start. He pitched 7 innings of 2 hit, shutout baseball. Starting for the Rockies is Jeff Hoffman (R) who has yet to make an appearance this season.
Atlanta is 8-2 in Gausman’s last 10 starts while Colorado has yet to win a home game and carries a run differential of -31. MLB Bets wants to stick with the trends and take Atlanta.
Minnesota (+1.85) silences the Mets, 7:10 pm
The Twins had a lot going for them Tuesday in crushing New York by 6 runs. They had a double-digit lead at one point.
Jake Odorizzi (R) starts for the Twins posting a high ERA of 6.75. For the Mets, Noah Syndergaard (R) takes the hill not having fared much better.
MLB Bets sees this line as way too high given the result last night. Minnesota is expected to outscore New York en route to another big underdog win.
MLB Bets To Win – Cardinals humble the Dodgers again.
St Louis (-1.09) make Los Angeles look weak, 7:45 pm
St Louis loves cooling off a hot team. The Dodgers were supposed to win this series with the Cardinals a laugh chance. LAD isn’t laughing now.
The Dodgers send Kenta Maeda (R) to the hill tonight. He holds a 3.09 ERA. Jack Flaherty (R) goes for the Cardinals with a 3.86 ERA.
St Louis fares well against the National League West having won 6 of the last 8 played against them. They have controlled a series that used to belong to the road team – the last 6 games before this series was won by the visitor.
Seattle over the Royals, probably
Kansas City has not announced their starting pitcher as of this overnight writing. If there is a play on this game it will be sent out via twitter during the day.
Angels (+1.23) slam Milwaukee, 10:07 pm
Both starting pitchers, Brandon Woodruff (R) for the Brewers and Felix Pena (R) for Los Angeles, have posted high ERA’s so this could be another wild game. Yesterday Milwaukee erased a 6 run deficit and took the lead only to eventually lose 8-11.
MLB Bets believes strongly the Angels are a better team this year with the managerial change so the surprises with this team should be in the win column. We will see what tonight brings.
MLB Bets Recap For Wednesday April 10th:
Atlanta +1.06
Minnesota +1.85
St Louis -1.09
Angels +1.23
Seattle (maybe) will post on twitter
Have a great Wednesday and see you here tomorrow.
