Episode 402 of Ring of Honor TV features three matches, several promo packages and a star-studded New Japan invasion in the main event.

Making An Impact

This week’s episode of ROH TV started off with an in-ring promo delivered by The Allure.

Velvet Sky took on the role of the ringleader, as she started the promo by saying that all three of them are extremely credible in this business and that they started the women’s revolution long before anyone else did.

Angelina Love took the mic next and said that she and Velvet have beaten the most credible women in the business, as they are both former world champions. She ends her part of the promo by declaring that they are “here to make an impact.”

Mandy Leon ended the promo amid a shower of chants of “boring” chants by stating that she is the foundation of Women of Honor and that all the other women in WOH are “just embarrassing themselves.”

That quip brings out Jenny Rose and WOH Champion Kelly Klein.

Klein and Rose rush the ring and brawl with Leon and Love until security runs out and separates them. But before Rose can get pulled out of the ring by the guards, Velvet rolls back in and blinds her with hairspray.

Klein the grabs a mic and challenged The Allure to a tag match, with Rose as her partner, for anytime, anywhere. The Allure are having none of it, though, as they skulk to the back.

At least now The Allure have finally laid out their motives as a unit in ROH. And it was a solid segment from all involved that continued to reinforce The Allure as the new heel force in WOH.
