High Value Forwards/Centers

Players costing over $8,333

Andre Iguodala (vs TOR – $5,800): Needs 25.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26 fantasy points against Toronto. Much of Iguodala’s value will be determined by those who are around him. He’ll need to do more if Klay and KD are out. He’ll role will be reduced with one of them in the lineup but it will also open up more of the floor for him. He’s at a great price for the minutes and opportunities he’s going to get. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

DeMarcus Cousins (vs TOR – $6,800): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 11.25 fantasy points against Toronto. Cousins dropped in a big way in Game 3. The risk with him remains the same and now that the Raptors know he can be a threat, they’ll treat him as such. But if Klay and KD aren’t in the lineup, the Warriors are going to need anything they can out of Cousins. He’s certainly a risk but maybe he hits big as he did in Game 2. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Marc Gasol (at GS – $6,400): Needs 30.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.25 fantasy points against Golden State. Gasol bounced back in Game 3 and it certainly helps that the Warriors were undermanned and the Raptors could take more of an advantage of a hobbled Cousins and the Warriors lack of a frontcourt. I also like Serge Ibaka in this spot as he’s been a thorn in the Warriors side throughout the years with his versatility. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
