New Japan Pro Wrestling makes its return to their home base of Tokyo for the second night of the G1 Climax. Here’s all you need to know about G1 Climax 29 Night 2 including how to watch.
Last Saturday, New Japan Pro Wrestling made history by hosting their legendary G1 Climax tournament in the United States for the first time ever. They are back in Japan this Saturday, July 13, live from the Ota City General Gymnasium in Ota, Tokyo.
The B-Block is ready for action as all 10 participants are scheduled to wrestle their first of nine block matches. Underneath the five tournament matches will be four tag team matches that serve as a preview for the following night’s A-Block contests.

For the third match in their series, Tomohiro Ishii and Jeff Cobb bring their rivalry to Japan for the first time. They’ve had singles bouts in both New Orleans and Dublin, Ireland and now Tokyo will be hosting their third match. The main event between Jay White and Hirooki Goto is a rematch from April’s Hi no Kuni event that saw White leave with the win. Goto will be looking to even their series and start his tournament off on the right foot.
