Tottenham face Bayern Munich at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

In one of the marquee games of the Champions League group stage, Tottenham host Bayern Munich at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday. Spurs drew 2-2 with Olympiacos in their opening game of the tournament, while Bayern easily beat Red Star Belgrade 3-0 in their first game. The winner of Tuesday’s game will move into first place in the group.

Tottenham blew a 2-0 halftime lead against Olympiacos in what is becoming a far too common occurrence for Spurs. Mauricio Pochettino’s team have blown halftime leads against Arsenal and Leicester this season. Tottenham defeated Southampton 2-1 over the weekend with Harry Kane scoring his fifth Premier League goal of the season. The England captain will start in the front two against Bayern, as Tottenham look to hold onto their home-field advantage.

Bayern are in their usual first place in the Bundesliga. The reigning seven-time defending Bundesliga champions are riding the exceptional play of striker Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker has an incredible 10 goals in the first six Bundesliga games of the season. Niko Kovac’s team will design their game plan around getting their talisman the ball inside of the box. At the back, Bayern are still trying to figure out the best way to deploy their back four and integrate new additions Lucas Hernandez and Benjamin Pavard.
