Is Starbucks open on Thanksgiving 2019 and what are the store hours for those that need their caffeine fix to get through the holiday?

Let’s set the scene. It’s Thanksgiving Day. You’re about to have a day filled with a boatload of cooking, a ton of eating, multitudes of fellowship with family and friends and then perhaps some early Black Friday shopping. It’s going to be a long day and you’re going to need a little help to get through. Starbucks on Thanksgiving could come in clutch.

Whether you’re wanting to get into the fall season with a Pumpkin Spice Latte, rush Christmas into the fold with a Peppermint Mocha or just keep it simple with a nice Blonde Roast (one Splenda, no cream), that rush of caffeine from Starbucks may never be needed more than on Thanksgiving Day.

As enjoyable as the Thanksgiving holiday can be, it’s a long day that can be mentally draining. Any kind of boost that you can get from a coffee or espresso beverage could be a vital part to making it through.

But therein lies the dilemma. Is Starbucks open on Thanksgiving Day in 2019? After all, it wouldn’t seem too far-fetched for the coffee giant to close its doors to give its employees time to spend with their own families and friends.

Good news coffee fans — many Starbucks locations will be open on Thanksgiving. You’ll need to check the company’s website to make sure that’s true for your favorite spot. More importantly, hours will vary by location, so you’ll definitely need to check to see when your local store will be serving up PSLs and the like.

For the most part, though, you should be able to get your Starbucks fix curbed on Thanksgiving. So get that hot coffee in your hand, warm up with winter fast approaching and get ready for the long holiday festivities ahead.
