DraftKings NBA Point Guards:

Best Bets:

Kemba Walker ($7,900): Walker is pretty tough to use because of the inconsistency. Even with Tatum out, he hasn’t been all that consistent. I’m only using Kemba if Tatum remains out. Even then, it wont be a heavy usage thing for me. The price is tempting, but there are better options under him.

Devonte Graham ($7,700): This is a great matchup for Graham here. He has 90.25 DraftKings points over the first two games against the Wizards, both of which have managed to stay close. Forget about his hiccup against the Knicks. They have been tough on point guards all year. I don’t expect Graham to break 40 since he hasn’t in some time, but he should at least come close. He’s likely safer than Kemba.

Honorable Mention:

Kyle Lowry ($7,500): Point guards have been ravaging the Cavs over the past two weeks or so. If that trend continues, Lowry should be one of the highest scorer of the night on a slate without a superstar. Lowry has 84.75 DraftKings points in the two games against Cleveland so far this year. Considering the way things are going for Cleveland defending the point right now, Lowry should be a lock for 40 DraftKings points.

Monte Morris ($5,300): It was a tough first few games in the starting lineup for Morris, but he has come up with 5x value three times in the last four games. It is somewhat concerning that the only game he missed value in was against New Orleans, but so it is with Denver. This team is as deep as the rotations. Morris looks pretty good right now, but there is still risk involved.

Dark Horses:

Patrick Beverley ($4,900): Beverley has been a nice value while George has been out. If George returns, it should be on limited minutes, so I would still expect Beverley to have a decent night. He wont be notching 30 DraftKings points with George in there, but the price is low enough that Beverley is still a solid punt.

Ish Smith ($4,600): Smith is still playing more minutes than Thomas. He was also much better against the Hornets in the first meeting. Ish has 54 DraftKings points in two games against the Hornets this year. Smith is the safer pick as the starter, but Thomas has nearly been matching his production in about ten less minutes off the bench. Both are really good options tonight.
