This ordeal seems to be connected to do the ruthless gangster running his criminal empire from behind bars, Frankie Cuevas, played by Prison Break’s Amaury Nolasco.

The series is from executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer and was officially selected by SXSW. She’s none-too-enthusiastically putting in her time until she can draw a federal pension – but everything changes when she discovers a body in Cape Cod Bay, and finds herself at the center of the Cape’s gruesome heroin epidemic."
