NBA DFS picks August 25: Where’s the leverage on a two game slate?

We have reached the point of the playoffs where NBA DFS gets significantly harder. Brooklyn and Philly, now coachless, have been sent packing. That means we only have two games today in the bubble. That also means the end of afternoon basketball for a day. I was getting used to that!

The depleted Nets are gone, so this should be a short injury report. Let’s check to make sure.

Out: Will Barton (knee), Bojan Bogdanovic (wrist), Patrick Beverley (calf).

Questionable: Kristaps Porzingis (knee), Gary Harris (hip), Ed Davis (knee).

All Luka needed was an ankle issue to turn in one of the best performances of his young career. He’s playing. Unless his foot falls off, Luka will be out there.

The Lakers blowing out the Blazers hurt my bottom line. I played LeBron using the Kobe birthday narrative in most of my lineups. The King ended up sitting out a lot down the stretch. The only lineup that cashed was the one with Harden despite poor scores from Melo, Jeff Green, and Justin Holiday.

This is going to be a tough one. It’s time to get crazy! You have to be to try and take down a GPP on a two game slate. Good luck!
