Legendary Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully has finally joined social media.

It’s time for Dodgers baseball! And time for legendary broadcaster Vin Scully to finally join the ranks of the social media yoke. Yep, we just said yoke.

“I was a fan before I was a broadcaster, and I want to see and hear and engage with people,” Scully told USA TODAY Sports about his decision to get online.

Scully is as iconic to Dodgers fans as a Dodger Dog and Chavez Ravine. He called for the Dodgers for a whopping 67 seasons, even before the Dodgers were in Los Angeles. His first day on the job was 1950 and he retired in 2016.

Here’s how to find Vin Scully on Social media

The Dodgers look set to return to the playoffs this season and hold a momentum unparalleled by any other team in the National League West. Thought Scully no longer calls games he dows make appearances often and if they were to make it to the World Series in 2020 it’s likely he could come to make his infamous :”It’s time for Dodgers baseball” intro.

Scully, who is 92, took a fall in April and has been under the care of a full-time nurse since then.

Next. Dodgers tribute for Kobe Bryant narrated by Vin Scully is amazing. dark
