NBA DFS picks August 31: Can Giannis hit value while beating the Heat?

From here on out, it is basically two game slates and showdowns for our NBA DFS slates. That makes it significantly more difficult to build a winning lineup due to lack of value or because of splitting a winner with hundreds of your closest friends.

There is much more flexibility on DraftKings, which means less splitting of the big prizes most of the time. The constrictive positions on FanDuel both help feed into this and help prevent it. Today is a good example considering SG is loaded on FanDuel, but the forward positions are not. Forward forces you into a box. SG will be the place to separate yourself. First we need to check out the injury report.

Out: None

Questionable: Eric Bledsoe (hamstring)

That’s right. Only one injury to keep track of heading into tonight, but it could have some big implications. It could also open up much needed value on a slate that has little.

Game stacking Denver-Utah last night paid off with my best finish of the playoffs so far. I’m hoping to build off of that, but it’s extraordinarily difficult on a two game slate.
