Both teams have impressed this season on offense, but Atlanta’s defense surely has struggled to keep opposing offenses in check. Will Mitchell Trubisky and the Bears be able to light up the Falcons’ defense?

What to watch for in the Falcons-Bears showdown

This matchup figures to be an offensive shootout, with Trubisky and Matt Ryan powering both offenses. Atlanta truly lost a heartbreaker last week, somehow blowing a massive late lead on the road in Dallas.

Ryan has been dynamite this year, putting up numbers that surely have his fantasy football owners on cloud nine. In the first two games of the campaign, Ryan has thrown for 723 yards, six touchdowns and one interception. Unfortunately for Ryan and the Atlanta offense, they’ll be without Julio Jones on Sunday due to a hamstring injury.

As for Chicago, Trubisky has helped lead the team to a 2-0 start, posting wins over the Lions and Giants. The team will look to keep their winning ways going on Sunday, this time hoping to take down the Falcons in Atlanta. It’ll surely be easier said than done, but this is most certainly a winnable game for Chicago.
