Veteran Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry is clearly a huge fan of first-year head coach Kevin Stefanski opening up the playbook.

The Cleveland Browns have wiped away the terrible memories from the season-opening loss to the Baltimore Ravens and have won three straight games. What’s gotten into this team? Well, the offense has been simply unstoppable, with Baker Mayfield, Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry lighting up the field.

If you ask Landry, though, a ton of the credit belongs to new head coach Kevin Stefanski. Matter of fact, the speedy wide receiver delivered a golden quote to offer up what he thinks about Stefanski and his play-calling.

The Cleveland Browns are 3-1 under new head coach Kevin Stefanski

As you can see from the tweet above, Landry is a big-time fan of Stefanski opening things up on offense. We saw that in Week 4’s win for the Browns over the Cowboys in Dallas. Cleveland put on an offensive clinic in its 49-38 victory, scoring 31 points in the first half.

In that victory, the Browns got on the board early when Landry himself threw a 37-yard touchdown to Beckham. It was a sweet trick play, with Landry showcasing a bit of a rocket for an arm to find his friend in the end zone.

Later in the game, with Dallas closing in on the Browns, Stefanski opened things up again, feeding Beckham the ball on an end-around, which he then proceeded to take to the house for a 50-yard touchdown. That play finished the Cowboys off and gave the Browns their third win of the year.

Moving forward, we can expect Stefanski to keep catching opposing defenses off guard. For Landry, it’ll be great to see.

Next. It’s time to put some respect on the Cleveland Browns’ name. dark
