1. Brandin Cooks (HOU)

Game: Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans (Sunday, 10/18, 1:00 pm EST)

Just like his team, Cooks was super quiet for about a month. The Houston Texans were winless while Cooks was a non-factor is Houston’s offense. That changed during Week 5 when the Texans topped the Jacksonville Jaguars for their first win of 2020. Cooks notched eight catches for 161 yards and a touchdown.

He is (was?) probably on most fantasy waiver wires, but he’s talented enough to earn an audition in your FLEX spot for a week. Up until last year, Cooks was one of the most consistent and reliable pass-catchers in the business. Strangely, he bounced around the league from team to team.

The 27-year-old Cooks will look to remain on track this weekend in Tennessee — a team that ranks 23rd in the NFL in passing yards per game allowed.

2. Marquise Brown (BAL)

Game: Baltimore Ravens at Philadelphia Eagles (Sunday, 10/18, 1:00 pm EST)

Brown is the most targeted receiver in the Ravens offense. The “problem” is that Baltimore prefers to run the ball to the utmost. That’s why they have about 4 rushers that serve as a revolving door for rushing carries.

When Lamar Jackson does like to load up and throw, the ball usually ends up in the direction of Hollywood Brown. He scored his first touchdown of the season in Week 5 against the Bengals. With any luck, he will kneecap the Eagles mediocre secondary in Week 6.
