This week’s FanDuel lineups come with a lot of really hard decisions.

There is always good and bad that comes with having a lot of really good teams going for the early Sunday slate.

Obviously, the good is having a ton of options at the disposal of fantasy players. Then, the bad comes with so many high-priced options. If one goes off and he’s not on your team, then it’s going to put your team in a bad place. It makes putting the right star players in a lineup that much more important.

Obviously, when stacking multiple star players, it gets expensive very quickly. Four running backs have at least an $8,500 price tag (not including the obviously injured Christian McCaffrey). The quarterback options are especially stressful. Who’s not on the list? Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Kyler Murray, Russell Wilson, and Deshaun Watson are just some of the options for Fanduel players.

Hitting it big this week might be fleeting. Last week, there weren’t nearly as many options, Derrick Henry ended up on 31.4 percent of lineups last week. His 39 points were huge, but they were even bigger if they weren’t in your lineup. More than 68 percent of lineups had basically a 40-point deficit to make up immediately. This was with a muted slate. This week, it will be even harder without a consensus star to go up against.

Study up, do the research, and make sure to avoid the matchups that can lead to dreadful outputs. The number one thing to do here is don’t get fooled. Avoid the low-priced players that can legitimately get you zero points. Go for the players that might have legitimate two-touchdown upside while having at least an 8-10 point downside.
