Sevilla have struggled in their recent games. In La Liga, Julen Lopetegui’s team have lost two straight games. In their six games between La Liga and the Champions League, Sevilla have been great defensively, only allowing four goals. However, the club has also struggled to score goals, finding the back of the net only five times. Luuk de Jong leads the club with two goals and will lead the line against the French club.

Rennes suffered their first loss of the season over the weekend, losing 2-1 to Angers in Ligue 1. The Red and Blacks have 15 points in their first eight games of the season and sit only three points behind Paris Saint-Germain. Rennes could be without their most promising player on Wednesday as they go for their first ever Champions League win. Eduardo Camavinga is dealing with an injury and his potential loss would be a massive blow for the club. The 17-year-old midfielder is one of the best teenagers in the world and would create a large void in the midfield.
