Scouting Report. Offensive Coordinator. 2. 46. Pick Analysis. Indianapolis Colts. Nick Sirianni. player

Frank Reich developed Carson Wentz into an MVP candidate back in 2017. He helped Andrew Luck return to All-Pro form in his first season with the Indianapolis Colts. Two years later, the offense is working with Philip Rivers calling the shot in the horseshoe.

Behind every Batman is a Robin that helps build a team’s success. Nick Siriannai has been Reich’s sidekick since their days in Los Angeles with the Chargers. Soon, the 39-year-old could be leading a team of his own.

The Colts’ passing offense ranks in the top 10 with Rivers seeing decent production behind a stout offensive line. The run game has been serviceable despite missing lead runner Marlon Mack since Week 1. More than that, eight players have over 200 receiving yards as well as eight different targets have found the end zone once.

Sirianni’s play calls allow for a more broad opening in the passing game. With the right offensive line, any team could see their mundane offense expand into one of the league’s more diverse aerial attacks. He’s young, but offenses that can be multidimensional are a necessity in today’s league.
