A few days stand between the wrestlers of Monday Night Raw and the TLC show on the WWE Network coming on Sunday.

The first match of the night brought two former WWE champions face-to-face in Sheamus versus AJ Styles. Early in the match, Styles was on the bad end of a beat down as Sheamus tossed him around abd pounded him into the mat with shots. Styles was on the receiving end of a lot of violence but was saved from the worst of it when Omos plucked him out of harm’s way as Sheamus was about to powerbomb him from the apron through the announce table.

That opening gave Styles the opportunity to take over. Styles attempted to keep Sheamus on the ground by attacking his legs. That worked for a while but didn’t last few long as Sheamus got things rolling once again. Sheamus looked to wrap things up after hitting the White Noise, but he made the mistake of climbing to the top. As he went up, Styles cut his legs out from under him and rolled Sheamus up to get the victory.

Next up was a six-man tag match featuring Jeff Hardy teaming with the New Day to face off against Hurt Business members, Bobby Lashley, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin.

The Hurt Business starts the match in dominating fashion until Cedric Alexander tags himself in. The action went back and forth between both teams, but Kingston found himself isolated and dealing with constant attacks from all three men.

Kingston was finally able to get over to his corner and tagged in Hardy. His entire team was able to swing the momentum in their favor. The end of the match came when Hardy was tripped on the top rope by Alexander who was outside the ring. That gave Lashley the space to lock in the Hurt Lock and force Hardy to submit.

Lana stepped up to face Nia Jax in a singles battle. Jax bullied Lana for much of this match, swatting here away with no effort. Lana rallied and found herself on Jax’s shoulders on the top rope. She rolled through and trapped Jax, landing a stomp to Jax and pinning her in the corner for the victory.

Keith Lee took on the Miz and John Morrison in a handicap match. Lee had the advantage earlier and kept that going through much of the match. The former tag champions were able to get Lee off of his feet, working together to wear him down. Lee battled back but the odds proved to be too much as both men jumped on top of Lee, pinning him in the middle of the ring.

Ricochet’s continuing feud with RETRIBUTION continued as he and Mace competed in a one-on-one match. Ricochet ended up having to defend himself against all members of the group, and nearly getting pinned by Mace during the distraction. Even still, there was enough damage done as Mace finished off Ricochet and pinned him for the victory.

Shayna Baszler and Dana Brooke faced off in a one-on-one match of their own. Baszler began assaulting Brooke from the very start of the match, looking to end it quickly. Brooke made a comeback but Jax pushed her off of the top rope, causing the disqualification.

MVP and Matt Riddle continued their budding feud with a match on Monday. Riddle picked up a very quick win when MVP missed the boot in the corner, allowing Riddle to hit the Final Flash knee and Floating Bro for the win.
