There’s chains, and then there’s Le’Veon Bell’s chain that has its own area code.

A player’s style is a part of their personality. With every individual in the NFL coming in dressed to their best, it’s easy to find one person and say they are the cleanest man on this side of the moon.

Kansas City Chiefs’ Le’Veon Bell though might have upped his game after the team’s victory.

With a 32-29 win over the New Orleans Saints, Bell actually played a significant role in helping the team win. Finishing with 62 yards off 15 carries and a touchdown, this was the defining moment of Bell’s stint in the Chiefs Kingdom.

Naturally, media members wanted to speak with him postgame. What drew the attention of many though wasn’t his comments, but his dripped out chain with his number and initials covered in diamonds.

Seriously, that thing could buy its own house just to bask in its riches.

Bell might be essential to the team’s success down the line

Bell’s limited role has been mentioned consistently after the team signed him following his departure from the New York Jets. It’s not that Kansas City could use him, but they had options in the run game in Clyde Edwards-Helaire.

Now, Bell might be coming in at the right moment.

Edwards-Helaire would leave in the fourth quarter with a groin injury. As the season is winding down and playoffs are arriving, Kansas City might choose to rest their lead back in favor of having him back at full-strength for the playoffs.

Bell, who is hoping to show teams he can be the lead runner, will have the opportunity to see more carries and eventually find the end zone.

With every yard comes another penny in the paycheck. Here’s hoping his one chain could become two for fans to admire in 2021.
