LeBron James continues to make insane history, as he’s become the first player to score at least 10 points in 1,000 consecutive games.

Is there anything on this planet LeBron James can’t do? Arguably the best player in NBA history, James is in his age-36 season, but hasn’t been slowed down whatsoever to start things off for the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020-21.

That continued this week, with James making some brilliant league history. On Wednesday, the Lakers took down the Spurs with ease, coming away with a 121-107 win. In that victory, James finished with 26 points. Impressively enough, it marked 1,000 consecutive game he’s finished in double digits. Remarkable.

LeBron James continues to make unreal NBA history

LeBron has really done it all during his incredible career, and he’s showing no signs of slowing down whatsoever. To score at least 10 points in 1,000 straight games really is an incredible achievement, but it should come as no surprise since James is such a freak of nature.

Last season, he and Anthony Davis were able to help power the Lakers in capturing another NBA Finals title. This campaign, Los Angeles is once again a heavy favorite to bring home the Larry O’Brien Trophy next spring.

If the Lakers are to go back-to-back, there’s no question whatsoever that James will play a monster role in making that happen. Early on this season, the Lakers are off to a 3-2 start. James is averaging 23.4 points, 7.0 rebounds and 6.8 assists per night. With the new season just getting underway, King James will be ready to record plenty more big nights for his team.

Watch out for the Lakers the rest of the season and let’s see if James can make even more history in the near future. When he does, don’t be surprised when it happens. This is James we’re talking about after all.
