AFC South . Indianapolis Colts. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. . 4. player. 46

The Indianapolis Colts will be entering a strange offseason. For the first time in his tenure, Chris Ballard will be fighting to keep several players on the roster as part of the long-term plan. Meanwhile, the biggest name to potentially leave is T.Y. Hilton.

The 31-year-old Hilton has slowly fallen off the path without Andrew Luck. Once perhaps the most underrated pass-catcher in the spot, could he leave to join a team with established quarterback play?

Michael Pittman Jr. and Paris Campbell might be good, but they’ve only shown flashes.

The Jacksonville Jaguars were a mess during Robinson’s tenure. The Bears are wishy-washy at this point with their front office plans. Robinson needs stability inside an organization and there are few more stable than the Colts.

As the future No. 1, Robinson would need to build a rapport with the next quarterback, but the production shouldn’t drop. Indianapolis has the salary cap to extend him with a hearty deal and needs on the perimeter.

Indianapolis’ first call should be to Hilton. If he leaves, Robinson is a great replacement.
