Longhorns fans are excited about Steve Sarkisian after watching Alabama.

Alabama is currently tearing up the Ohio State secondary in the College Football Playoff National Championship. Offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian has Mac Jones making wide-open throws to DeVonta Smith, who has absolutely ravaged Shaun Wade and the Buckeyes.

Sarkisian, who will become the head coach at Texas after this game, is getting Longhorn fans excited about what he’ll do in the Big 12 with their stockpile of elite recruits from all over the state.

Steve Sarkisian is getting rave reviews in Austin

“Speak For Yourself” host and former Longhorn Emmanuel Acho is thrilled with this performance, hoping that he seamlessly transitions over to life in Austin.

Even during the middle of the first half, UT fans were getting pumped about Sark’s potential in burnt orange.

Sarkisian’s offense uses a lot more motion and looks infinitely more creative than that of Tom Herman.

Smith has been wide open all game, a fact that has Longhorn fans in awe

Sarkisian is showing everyone why he won the Broyles Award this season.

Longhorn fans are expecting running back Bijan Robinson to match Najee Harris’ production.

Some UT fans think Robinson could be a Heisman contender under Sarkisian.

Texas quarterback Casey Thompson looks primed for improvement under Sarkisian.

Texas fans are hoping Sarkisian can bring them back to the Mack Brown glory days.

Who knows? Maybe Sarkisian can also help fix Texas’ defensive woes.

Sarkisian didn’t dominate at USC, but he looks like exactly the type of coach Texas needs right now.
