Courtside Karen issues apology to LeBron James after confrontation

Atlanta Hawks fan Julianna Carlos has apologized to LeBron James following the Monday night confrontation with her husband.

Monday proved to be an interesting evening for LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. In the middle of their showdown with the Atlanta Hawks, James got into it with a husband and wife who were sitting courtside.

Next thing we know, a woman by the name of Julianna Carlos has since been dubbed as Courtside Karen, as she took to social media to blast James for how he acted. Now, less than 24 hours later, Carlos has gotten back on Instagram, but this time to issue an apology to James for what happened.

Courtside Karen issuing an apology to LeBron James is a little too late

Per a report, audio picked up exactly what was said between James, Carlos and her husband. Per that report, James didn’t even come close to saying all of the hateful things Carlos alleged he had said to her and her husband. All in all, she really ended up looking worse by trying to place all the blame on James.

Now, it looks like she’s just trying to pivot backward a bit, which in reality is only making things worse for her. Carlos and her husband have been told they won’t be banned by the Hawks from attending future games. If they’re smart, however, they may want to keep their mouths shut when they watch Atlanta take on other teams.

Should they end up heckling another player or cause a disturbance like this at another game down the road, the Hawks may have to take action and stop the couple from making their way to the arena. This absurd moment with James is something that shouldn’t happen again.
