Bengals: Joe Burrow posts inspiring update on his injury recovery

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow continues to work around the clock in his recovery from his torn ACL. 

The rookie season for Joe Burrow didn’t end the way he was hoping it would for the Cincinnati Bengals. The former No. 1 pick unfortunately tore his ACL in a showdown against the Washington Football team, bringing an end to what was a promising first year in the NFL.

To no one’s surprise, Burrow has been working around the clock to try and get himself back to full health so can can get back under center where he belongs for Cincinnati. On Instagram, Burrow posted a simple message that fans will surely enjoy.

As you can see from his post, Burrow is itching to get back on the gridiron. Being such a tough competitor, you know that his knee injury isn’t going to stop him from completing his ultimate goal of being a star signal-caller for Cincinnati.

The Bengals used their No. 1 overall pick on Burrow in 2020 for a reason: he’s a sensational talent and has all the tools to be a stud in this league. At LSU, he helped the Tigers go a perfect 15-0 during his senior campaign, capping things off with a national title. As soon as he was selected by the Bengals, fans were blown away by his work ethic and desire to win.

Despite his serious knee injury, Burrow has dreams of helping the Bengals become a serious threat in the AFC North again. The organization sure had had some lean years, but there’s plenty of exciting young talent on the team. It goes without saying, but there’s no one with bigger or more exciting expectations than Burrow.
