Believe it or not, the infant son of San Francisco Giants pitcher Buster Posey was able to help him keep his arm in shape this offseason.

These days, we’re seeing athletes all over the world using different ways to stay in their best shape possible during the offseason. Leave it to San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey to provide us with the funniest and most interesting way yet.

In a recent interview, Posey revealed that he’s been able to keep his strong arm in tip-top shape by… throwing diapers at his son? Believe it or not, this is exactly the case, as Posey quipped he’s been firing those diapers at his boy with incredible accuracy.

Buster Posey throwing diapers at his oldest son is nothing short of hilarious

While Posey is probably throwing the ball around a bit and hitting the weight room as well, nothing beats throwing some diapers at his oldest boy to prepare for throwing out would-be stealers once the season gets underway.

In all seriousness, Posey is known as one of the best backstops in the league and Giants fans everywhere can’t wait to see him and the rest of his teammates take the field this upcoming season. Last year, Posey hit .257 with seven homers during the shortened 60-game campaign.

The six-time All-Star is getting ready to begin his 12th year in the bigs, and he’ll once again have high expectations both on offense and behind the dish. MLB fans have grown used to seeing him make outstanding plays and 2021 should be no different.

While he’s probably enjoying his diaper workouts thus far this winter, he’ll look to take things into overdrive now that spring training is here. Get ready for another big year from Posey, Giants fans.
